COVID-19 PIVOT (COVOT)
Unfortunately, physical contact is in the job description for masseuses and physiotherapists, and restrictions around this have meant a reduced number in bookings. Clinics have had to shut their doors for the duration of the quarantine as a result, but many have moved their staff online.
Possible COVOTS
- Use video calls to give advice and demonstrate exercises with clients
- Create a video or article series around the use of preventative exercises and distribute online
