COVID-19 has stripped away the primary way for physical retailers to sell to consumers, as well as communicate with them.

If you don't have a digital presence, immediately set up an online store to capture would-be sales from your physical location. You can use your physical store as a make-shift distribution outlet while your store front is exclusively online
Take the data captured from in-store point of sale systems to build out a CDP (Customer Data Platform) and layer over digital behaviours that these store buyers make online to learn more about your customers
